GENERAL
- Q : My son is 6 and this is his first time. Is your training suitable for 6 year old newcomers ?
  A : We have specialised coaches for players of various ages and skill levels. Based on the player's skills and progress,the coaches will determine if the player is ready for the next level. The age-wise groupings are as follows:
  Beginners : 6 to 9
  Intermediate : 10 to 12
  Advanced : 13 Plus
- Q : When will the time slot be allocated ?
  A : Once the fees are paid, we will assign the player a slot. For now, there are vacancies in every batch apart from the Saturday 8-10 am batch.
- Q : Can I get a sponsorship if I perform well?

- Q : Where to buy cricket Kits and Other Equipment?
  A : You can purchase wide range of cricket equipments at the online store https://store.crickingdom.sg at your convenience.
- Q : What all do I need to buy?Any uniform? Any other equipment?
  A : Coaches will guide you on what to buy on the first day of the training session. Uniform will be provided at the venue if the stock is available.If not, you can train in sports trousers and t-shirts till the new stock is received.
- Q : Anything else I need to take note of before I enrol?

- Q : What is the location of training ?
  A : St Patrick’s School, UWC EAST and 2 more location will be added soon. Join the interest group by providing the email to get notified about updates,promotions,tours and other details.
- Q :If I miss a class on a Tuesday can I get a remedial lesson on Saturday ?
  A : Yes If slots are available.
- Q :If I miss some session due to some personal reason, Can the sessions be carry forwarded ?
  A : No. To maintan the Student:Coach Ratio, We won't permit it
- Q :What is the refund policy ?
  A : For refunds, deductions will be made at the rate of 40 SGD per session for attended/completed sessions.
  For the yearly training program, the 100 SGD registration fee shall be forfeited should the trainee seek refunds.
  In the event of a student terminating the contract prematurely, 30 SGD will be forfeited for the sponsored jersey and pants.
SPECIALIZED TRAININGS
- Q :What is so special about this Specialized Training Program when my kid is already undergoing regular training program at the academy?
  A : The regular training program covers all aspects of cricket skills ranging from fitness training, batting, bowling, fielding and recovery during the regular training hours whereas the specialized training program is a more in-depth workshop specially designed for intermediate/advanced level players who have progressed beyond the beginner stage.
- Q :Why do I have to pay extra charges for this Specialised Training Program when I am already paying the charges for Regular Training?
  A : All specialized Training programmes will be conducted on non-regular training days/time-slots, which in this case is on a Friday (a non-regular training day).
  
  This incurs additional costs for the academy too with regards to the booking of facilities and other resources and hence such specialized training programmes will incur an additional charge.
- Q :Is this compulsory to enrol for such Specialised Training Program in addition to Regular Program?
  A : No,these workshops are optional.
  
  As part of continuous improvement, the academy will continue to organize such specialized training programmes including sports related workshops and talks by eminent sports personalities from time to time so as to provide an opportunity for its students to learn specialized skills.
  
  As and when possible,we will seek sponsors to subsidise the costs of such workshops to ensure that promising players do not miss out on opportunities on account of financial reasons.
- Q :Isn’t such specialized training programmes disrupting the running of the regular training programme ?
  A : No, as all specialised training programmes will be conducted on non-regular training days.
- Q :Wouldn’t these programmes diminish the quality of the regular training program as the coaches will be more interested to focus on the specialized training than the regular training Program due to extra cost they will get.
  A :As mentioned above,these additional workshops are optional, for higher skilled players and of a short duration whereas the regular programme is on a regular long term basis aimed at nailing down the basics and providing a solid foundation.
  
  Moreover, these workshops are conducted by reputed International coaches/Singapore’s elite national players who will work on more advanced level concepts whereas the regular programme is run by qualified local coaches and cricketers so the question of a conflict of interest does not arise.
- Q :How do I register for these Specialized Programs ?

RULES FOR PARENTS DURING TRAINING SESSIONS
1. Parents are instructed to drop the kids at the playing area 15 minutes before the start of the lesson to facilitate the smooth running of the lesson.
2. They are not allowed to be be present near the area where the sessions are being conducted.
3. If you wish to interact with the coach, you are to contact the venue manager and it will be arranged.
4. Parents are to contact the admin department or the coaches only during official working hours.
Working Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
GROUND RULES FOR PARENTS ON MATCH DAYS
1. Do not congregate next to the playing team.
2. Do not instruct the kids on how to play and/or try to undermine the coach's authority.
3. Accept the umpire's decision as final and educate their child to do the same.
4. Teach their kids to develop team-spirit by encouraging their team-mates irrespective of whether they are playing or not.
5. All payments are to be made before the stipulated time.
